The Musée du Quai Branly invites Bintou Dembélé to program two weekends of performances and encounters, exploring the notion of the 3rd gender in the history and expressions of the South and the margins.

The meetings will take the form of a Palabre – a concept developed by Bintou Dembélé through two previous experiences, most recently at T2G in Gennevilliers in 2022.

International artists, cultural players and researchers will gather around this common theme. Performances, conversations, shows, readings and a convivial lunch will follow one another over a long period of time, bringing participants together.
