Mon appart' en dit long

// MY FLAT COULD SPEAK VOLUMES

« This work illustrates the beginning of a new process of creation for me. It is a « mise en abyme », artistic self-awareness, a story within a story, a self portrait that travels through withdrawal and welcome, between the intimate and the space-time continuum of one’s living space.

The title tells of the intimacy towards which I wish to lead the spectator.

As if I had an urgent need to tell, I express myself through the different states of my body. My dance is made of little loops that repeat themselves, amplify, at times fuse.

Based on an experimental dynamic and rythmic Hip Hop energy, the movements reveal different atmospheres, through a delicate borderline movement that contrasts with moments of silence, to allow serenenity to appear.

It is also the story of a body facing its cultural heritage, a body telling its story. It is by trying to both preserve my instinct and listen to my inner self that I choose to risk myself in this performance. »
